With WordFinder Translator, your subscription is getting even better!

All WordFinder Unlimited subscribers have access to WordFinder Translator, a secure machine translation engine available in WordFinder for Windows and WordFinder for Mac. It is based on DeepL’s technology, which uses a specialised AI model for machine translation. Unlike simple translation tools, it takes the entire context of a sentence into account, resulting in a more natural and accurate translation.

When you highlight three words or more in a document and press the Hotkey, WordFinder will automatically switch from dictionary mode to WordFinder Translator. If you want to replace the source text with the translation, just double-click the translation and it will automatically be pasted into your document. You can toggle between WordFinder Translator and dictionary mode by clicking on the translation icon in the upper right corner.

Translation is paid for with credits: 1 credit = 1 character in the source text. All customers get 100,000 free credits when they start a subscription. When you have used up your initial free credits, you can purchase more. The remaining credits are displayed below the source text box in the translator window.

WordFinder Translator features end-to-end encryption, ensuring that your information is protected and cannot be read by a third party. There is also text deletion immediately after translation so the texts can never be accessed by third parties. You can read more about how DeepL processes data here.
